Community Centre Project

The Gortankaku Project Committee is directly responsible for the project’s management, execution, and oversight. To maintain alignment with organisational standards and fiduciary obligations, the Committee works closely with the Gortankaku Community Executive Members.

Strategic decisions, resource allocations, and operational approvals involving project finances require formal consultation and consensus between the Committee and Executive leadership. This two-tier governance approach promotes transparency, reduces risk, and supports fiscal responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.
